No-Show & Cancellation Policy
At Doggie Style Salon LLC, we value both our clients’ time and our stylists’ schedules. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, we have established the following policy:
Cancellation Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client in need of services.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Any appointment canceled on the same day will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will also incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.
Please note that our stylists work on a commission basis. Missed appointments directly impact their income, as they are unable to fill that reserved time without proper notice.
Credit Card On File: To secure your appointments, we require a valid credit card on file when creating a new client profile. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, in accordance with this policy.
